​Powering Inner Purpose is INNERVERSE’s core curriculum, that guides middle schoolers through self-discovery, personal values prioritization and career alignment. We deliver our lessons to the students during class, exactly where disengagement most commonly takes place. 

We are NOT an after school or teacher training program. Through teacher collaboration and our unique "push in" delivery approach, we teach 10 days of SEL + Career Awareness high energy lessons resulting in immediate transformation in real time. Our students engage with enthusiasm and curiosity!

Our career panelists share their career journeys from a personal value lens, not salaries! This allows students to understand the impact of their choices on their families and loved ones bringing the weight of reality our choices can bring. ​

This unique 3 hour event is designed to connect students with
professionals in 2 unique ways:

1.) Industry Panel Conversation -
Industry professionals share their career journeys
through the lens of their personal experiences.

2.) Practicum Break Out Sessions -
Led by professionals, students rotate in 
industry focused practicum break out sessions.
