Over the course of interactive lessons, students:

• identify their personal strengths
• explore how their values shape decisions, and
• connect those insights to real-world career pathways

Our career panelists share their career journeys from a personal value lens, not salaries! This allows students to understand the impact of their choices on their families and loved ones bringing the weight of reality our choices can bring. ​

This unique 3 hour event is designed to connect students with
professionals in 2 unique ways:

1.) Industry Panel Conversation -
Industry professionals share their career journeys
through the lens of their personal experiences.

2.) Practicum Break Out Sessions -
Led by professionals, students rotate in 
industry focused practicum break out sessions.

These 4 interactive online lessons guide participants in aligning career choices with their personalities, incorporating personality assessments, career matching, and calculating the costs of their desired lifestyles living in Houston, Tx and abroad.
