When we, Angela, Diana and Paola, moved from hours-long discussions about our observations of the impact of education to the children we served in our campuses, to deciding to do something about it, we first had to determine if children would care to share their thoughts on the questions "Who are you" and "are you being prepared for success?"
To our surprise, they had a lot to say! These sweet angels were the first to open themselves in a transparent, honest discussion. Their words continue to fuel our drive to reach all of our children struggling with navigating their current journeys. They are the inspirations that fuel our determination and reminds us that we must achieve our mission! We must be successful, if only for our children's sakes. |
With INNERVERSE’s holistic ecosystem approach, students begin to recognize, honor and fill themselves on their discovery and acceptance of their unique values.
They begin building positive language, accountability frameworks, and the confidence to make wise and well informed career decisions, with agency and accountability! |
They must know it is their right, their responsibility, with our guidance, to know who they are, harness their potential, and give purpose to their experiences, even as early as middle school.
Without tools for identity and self-awareness, without a personal buy in and assumed value for their learning, students disengage and lean on shallow external motivators to self identify, eventually making career decisions that do not align with their authentic purpose. Through our Holistic Ecosystem of Career Awareness & Personal Development programs, we intend to build a better world by spurring the "becoming" of leaders possessed with a great sense of purpose, agency, and self-awareness. |
